Insta-Mold Earplugs
Insta-Mold earplugs have been used for recreation for over thirty years providing an excellent solution for people looking for the best protection against water and/or loud noise levels such as shotgun blasts, wind-noise, music and power tools.

Made from a medical grade, hypo-allergenic silicone, Insta-Mold earplugs offer the ultimate in comfort because they are custom shaped to each individual’s ears. Points to remember when getting fit for a pair of Insta-Mold’s…

• For maximum results, your Insta-Molds should be made with a syringe by a qualified provider.
• Insta-Mold ear protection is virtually non-shrinkable and can be used in a variety of noise or water related activities.
• Unlike other imitations, Insta-Molds use a “Seal-Kote” to add luster and provides a “skin” to protect the mold against dirt and grime.
• For growing ears in children and adults, Insta-Molds can be made tighter by reapplying an Insta-Seal coating to the outside of the earplugs.

Chameleon Ears Earplugs

Chameleon Ears are super soft hydrophobic silicone earplugs that can be made to change color or glow in the dark. We can even take the time to outfit these molds with acoustical filters which will provide excellent protection against high level impulse noises ranging from 140-190dB. Making them excellent for speech recognition for motorcyclists, dentists, shooting enthusiasts and/or musicians.

They are produced in a variety of brilliant solid colors as well as ones which change colors due to exposure to sunlight, and/or your own body heat. They can even be made to Glow-In-The-Dark, known as our “Illuminears” series. These become so intensely bright after minutes of light exposure that you’d swear they were battery operated!!!

             Good evening. I’m not sure if you remember me but I was in your store back in April just prior to leaving for a tour in Afghanistan to get fitted for some Ear Inc. ear plugs. It has been a long and crazy tour but we are finally heading home this week. I apologize for the delay in sending these photos. As your son can attest, things over here are less than easy and we have to make the most of what we have available. Time is one of those things. Anyway, your gift has been a true blessing. I spend a great deal of time around aircraft, generators, compressors, and heavy equipment. I have worn these plugs almost daily and they have been wonderful. And with the ear buds, my music sounds like a Bose system in my ear. I do have a couple of tears in the outer rim where the ear buds stay from taking them in and out so much. But, they still work just fine. I am sending a couple of emails that have different pictures. I hope that you find them sufficient for your use.
