Unarmed techniques are equally impressive. No you won't learn a flying back kick, but you will learn how to break any hold, how to use your attackers person to your advantage, how to get away from a would-be assailant while making sure he can't pursue the attack and many more things that could not only save your life, but will make you more self-confident in your daily life.

MEET MARK:
In the shooting industry, a few individuals stand out. Mark Duncan is one of them. Mark is the winner of 13 state championships, winning his first one at the age of 21. He is a national champion with 17 national records to his name, 6 of which still stand. Being a top 5 finisher 5 years in a row at the World Bianchi Cup Championships, he is one of the few to accomplish this using iron sights. In addition, he has over 100 first place finishes to his name. And if that isn't enough, Mark has over 15 years in the law enforcement field, earned his first degree Black Belt at the age of only 18. He has been a full time firearms business owner for over 25 years, instructed thousands of men, women, and children including law officers and is the author of both instructional books and videos. Oh yes, for a hobby, he shoots flys off of walls. (Don't believe me, it's caught on film on his video, "ON TARGET".
